About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Microsoft Apps Facilitator to deliver engaging and practical training sessions across Microsoft 365 tools, with a strong focus on Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and the wider Microsoft 365 suite. You'll empower individuals and teams to boost their productivity, collaboration, and digital confidence through hands-on facilitation and tailored support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver interactive training sessions and workshops (virtual or face-to-face) on Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Training content to suit a range of audiences, from beginners to advanced users.
  • Support staff with practical queries and troubleshoot common usage issues.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft app updates and new feature releases.
About You

You'll be a confident communicator, skilled facilitator, and natural problem-solver. You love helping others learn and are passionate about the power of Microsoft tools in transforming workplace productivity.

Skills & Experience
  • Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 suite (including OneDrive, Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience delivering software or systems training in corporate or educational settings.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills (online and in-person).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear terms.
  • Experience designing or adapting training resources and guides. (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Certified
