We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional Employment Connector to join our team. As a key member of our employment services department, you will play a vital role in driving inclusive employment outcomes by connecting people with intellectual disability to local job opportunities.

About the Role

The Professional Employment Connector will be responsible for building relationships with local employers and identifying job opportunities through networking, cold calling, and business development.

  • You will work one-on-one with participants to understand their goals, address barriers, and develop employment pathways.
  • You will match participants to suitable roles and support them through recruitment, placement, and post-placement care.

This is a front-line, target-driven role that requires a unique blend of case management skills and proactive employer engagement. You will need to combine these skills to create sustainable employment matches that benefit both the individual and the business.

Your Background
  • Experience in employment services, recruitment, training, or community services is highly valued.
  • A proven track record in sales or target-driven environments is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills are critical to success in this role.
  • An understanding of employer needs and the local labour market is also required.
