Product Development Specialist

The role of Display Home Product Development Coordinator is pivotal in the Drafting team at Brighton Homes, reporting directly to the Drafting Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the display home process from planning to opening.
- Coordinate the entire display home process from planning to opening.
- Manage scheduling of meetings, bookings and key project milestones.
- Collaborate closely with sales, design, marketing, construction and compliance teams to meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain display homes policies, procedures and workflows for efficiency.
- Oversee the decommissioning of display homes when required.
- Support the product development team by managing databases, libraries and cross-team liaison.

About You:- Strong communicator with excellent coordination, attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Demonstrated administration background, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Confident with liaising with multiple people, adapting to different styles and requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Ideally some experience within the project home industry, demonstrating building and construction and display home knowledge.
