Your RoleThe Call Centre Administrator role is an integral part of the Society's outreach and donor engagement efforts. The role will handle donors' incoming and outgoing calls, provide customer service, and be part of the front of office representatives to support the wider retail and logistics team.
The role is permanent, full-time based in Stanmore, within easy walking distance from local buses and train station.
Your Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the retail and logistics teams, including order processing, transport bookings, and other administrative tasks.
- Support internal teams such as truck drivers, warehouse staff, transport coordinators to resolve issues relating to order fulfillment, delivery delays, product availability.
- Work with the Retail Support Officer relating to complex issues or other matters that need resolution.
- Accurate, efficient, and timely updating of the transport management system (TMS).
- Identify opportunities to streamline call centre processes; participate in quality monitoring activities.
- Undertake other general administration tasks as directed by the Retail Support Officer.
- Supporting and assisting internal teams as a Front Office Representative.
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably within the logistics and transportation industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient skills in using a range of Microsoft applications; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new work systems.
- Has the autonomy in prioritising and completing tasks.
- Knowledge of logistics and transport processes.
- Proven ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
