
Healthcare Sales Leadership Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to lead our high-performing healthcare sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HCP-facing sales or working with HCP-facing platforms, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 6 sales professionals (3 Account Executives and 3 Provider Success Specialists) in supporting and expanding our technology solutions for healthcare providers (HCPs).
- Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and expansion of our HCP-facing products, create and maintain sales enablement resources and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to inform campaigns and roadmaps based on field feedback, support CRM strategy with commercial operations leadership.

- Own and manage commission structures aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee territory alignment and ensure optimal coverage of key market segments.
- Support equitable distribution of leads and opportunities to drive performance.
- Develop regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Analyze trends to support proactive decision-making and improve retention and conversion.
- 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably within healthcare or SaaS.
- Proven experience managing both inside and field sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.
