Customer Service Representative/Driver Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative/Driver to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve working with clients across various industries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the efficient management of client records and information.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Providing premium customer service to clients\
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of client records and information\
  • Maintaining high-profile account service delivery\
  • Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage\
  • Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests\
  • Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required\
  • Performing other related duties as necessary\

      • Minimum Car Licence\
      • Excellent customer service skills\
      • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to our clients at all levels with confidence\
      • Be hard working and reliable\
      • Be well groomed and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks\
      • Have good computer literacy skills\
      • Warehouse and or transport experience an advantage but not essential\
      • Flexibility with work hours and days\
