Leading a dynamic and innovative residential aged care business requires exceptional leadership skills and experience. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational, care, and clinical service delivery across the precinct. Your teams will be trained, supported, and engaged to deliver outstanding experiences and care for residents.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and improve services.
  • Leading and managing large teams to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure high standards of care and exceptional service are delivered.
  • Overseeing the financial performance and reporting of the precinct, ensuring key performance measures are met.
  • Identifying and managing risks, resident needs, and complex issues as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in Aged Care, managing a larger and complex site.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to nurture and develop team culture and performance.
  • Experience in operational management, including recruiting, workforce planning/roster management, and operations within a complex business.
  • Strong financial acumen and financial management experience.
  • Full vaccination against influenza and COVID-19.
