We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for technology and strategic problem-solving with a dynamic organization.

The successful candidate will provide technical support and guidance to clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical business solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining, designing, developing, and implementing custom software solutions using low-code platforms
  • Leading discussions with clients to understand their business processes and technical needs
  • Mentoring and leading small teams through fast-paced software implementations
  • Proposing conceptual technical solutions and making changes based on client feedback in an Agile environment
  • Designing, building, and launching new relational data models in production
  • Developing APIs to integrate with multiple systems
  • Establishing and implementing metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility
  • Collaborating with client technical teams and business users as needed
  • Solving the right problems and being passionate about technology and continuous learning

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in hands-on software development or technical consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field
  • Willingness to travel (50% to support customer engagement)

Preferred Skills:

  • Agile software development practices
  • Experience leading small teams through post-sale software implementation
  • Object-oriented programming basics
  • Relational databases experience
  • Database design or data modeling experience
  • SQL skills (writing queries, joins, views, etc.)
  • Software testing practice knowledge (test-driven development, automated test suites, etc.)
  • Integrations experience using APIs, JDBC connections, web services, AWS, AI, Analytics, Machine Learning, Google Cloud, Application Integration, Database, Developer Tools, Management & Governance, and Elastic Containers
