Job Opportunity: Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Operations Manager to lead the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Our organization is responsible for delivering high-quality civil and landscape projects, including industrial complexes, government projects, sporting fields, parks, open spaces, bulk excavation, shoring, and piling, as well as hard and soft civil landscape projects.

About the Role:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in site management on large-scale civil and landscape packages
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and maintain quality assurance, safety, and design standards
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to sequence works and manage programs to meet deadlines
  • Team leader and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and White Card

Requirements:

  • Full-time, permanent, or casual employment
  • Australia work authorization (required)
  • On-site work location

Employer Offerings:

  • Competitive hourly rate ($65.00 - $75.00 per hour)
