About the Role:

The Manager - Grooming Services will assist with daily operations, working closely with Directors and staff members.

This role carries diverse responsibilities including management, operational, and hands-on duties.

  • Assist in ordering items necessary for retail, day-care, or grooming services
  • Coordinate and oversee operations while implementing process improvements
  • Hire, train, supervise other workers
  • Create work schedules and promote the business
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures
  • Schedule appointments and ensure customer expectations are met
  • Maintain facility hygiene standards
  • Groom, feed, exercise, and care for animals
  • Roster staff as required
  • Communicate staff expectations
  • Support problem resolution and decision-making
  • Conduct timely performance evaluations
  • Develop and enforce systems, policies, and procedures in line with relevant standards and best practice
Main Responsibilities Include:

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be self-motivated to excel in this role.

A full-time and permanent position is available.

Tertiary qualification (preferred)

Experience: 2 years industry experience (preferred)

Work eligibility: Permitted to work permanently and with no restriction on hours.
