Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our newly built Zambrero store in Pacific Pines, Queensland.

This role will involve reporting directly to the Area Manager and owners while working closely with the wider team. The successful candidate will be required to consistently adhere to our brand's high standards of customer service, recipes, procedures, cleaning, and sanitation to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

  1. Prepare hot and cold food accurately, neatly, and in a time-efficient manner.
  2. Follow recipes precisely and maintain a strict food preparation process.
  3. Anticipate and adapt to changing customer volumes by preparing food as needed.
  4. Monitor food levels on the line and maintain proper portion control and consistency.
  5. Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be confident in their ability to interact with customers and team members alike, and demonstrate a cheerful, hardworking, and helpful attitude. They will also need to maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 1 year of experience with Point of Sale (POS) software preferred
  • Working towards sales targets and KPIs preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills required
Work Environment

This role is based in Pacific Pines, QLD 4211. You must be willing to commute to this location.
