Job Summary:

A Customer Experience Representative is required to provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. This role involves handling a high volume of enquiries, resolving customer issues, and promoting the use of self-managed digital services.

About the Role:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist current and potential customers with day-to-day banking needs and mortgage pre-qualification
  • Actively listen to enquiries and assess customer needs, requirements, entitlements, and obligations
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide relevant support to customers dealing with various circumstances

About You:

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of computers and systems
  • Keen to learn and take on coaching and feedback
  • Ability to handle high volume calls

Requirements:

  • Availability during operational hours, Monday - Sunday 8am - 10pm
  • Shifts work on a rotating 4-week roster
  • Valid visa and full working rights in Australia

Benefits:

- $24.76 per hour + Super & Penalty rates (penalty rates for work performed after 7pm weekdays & weekends)

- Full Time role, 38 hours per week

- Ongoing training and support offered to help you succeed in the position
