Job Summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is a global law firm seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join our Legal Operations team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers and ensuring the efficient delivery of legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the firm's knowledge management strategy and governance.
  • Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of our knowledge management systems and repositories.
  • Provide research and advisory support to lawyers on complex legal issues and practice-related queries.
  • Design and deliver training to educate lawyers on best practice, plain language drafting, and the effective use of our knowledge resources.
  • Identify strategic precedent drafting priorities and create high-quality knowledge products.

Requirements

  • Australian qualified lawyer with a strong understanding of legal research and writing.
  • Experience in drafting complex documents in plain language.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience in precedent drafting and development.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and foster open communication with partners and legal team members.
