Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Global Mobility Advisor.

  • Responsibilities include managing and overseeing full lifecycle international workforce transitions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing the employee experience across borders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks in all areas of Global Mobility.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive background in all aspects of Global Mobility, with experience in handling inter-country transfers across Asia Pacific Region (APAC).

They will provide expert guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on global mobility programs, policy compliance, and strategic talent mobility.

Flexibility to work on a schedule that supports APAC region while directly reporting to a lead based in Canada is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the Global Expatriate Management Cycle with strong partnerships with People Business Partners.
  • Engage with active assignees for regular connections and develop effective stakeholder relationships globally.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in all areas of Global Mobility.

Requirements:

Experience in Global Mobility, with expertise in handling inter-country transfers across APAC.

Expertise in providing guidance on global mobility programs, policy compliance, and strategic talent mobility.

Flexibility to work on a schedule that supports APAC region.
