About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Retail Manager to lead our Victoria State team. This role requires dedication, strong communication skills, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Accountability for sales, wages, and shrinkage targets for the state
  • Hands-on approach in daily operations and reporting functions alongside the State Manager
  • Collaboration with VM team to implement and maintain VM Guidelines
  • Supervision and nurturing of staff, providing guidance and training in rostering, shrinkage, and budgets
  • HR Management, recruitment, staff performance, and wage control
  • Effective management of stock across all stores to maximize sales opportunities
  • Communication and implementation of business initiatives from Head Office across all stores
  • Follow-up on administration from Head Office and In-Store

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' multi-site management experience with a fashion apparel retailer, preferably with an understanding of concession business
  • Successful sales track records and ability to measure and drive KPIs
  • Exceptional focus on driving expert customer service within your state
  • Demonstrated experience in stock control and management
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and manage teams
  • Possess good time management and organizational skills
  • Be a results-driven leader who is skilled in reporting
