Get ready to roll up your sleeves We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant State Manager to join the Seed Heritage Victoria State Retail team. This will be a fast-paced role that requires dedication and determination to achieve success.

Seed Heritage is looking for an experienced hands-on manager who is across all aspects of our retail business. From stocktake to sales reporting, you will lead our teams by example and take our Victorian state to the next level.

As an Assistant State Manager, you will have strong people leadership skills with a results-driven mindset. A strong retail management background including multi-site management, an understanding of concession business, and the ability to implement change will enable you to drive our profitable business forward.

Seeking an operational leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, overseeing 60 sites across Victoria, you will hit the ground running and bring a passionate, vibrant energy to the role. Build your career within Brandbank Group, and your future opportunities will be endless.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

  • Accountability for sales, wages, and shrinkage targets for the state
  • Hands-on approach in daily operations and reporting functions alongside the State Manager
  • Working with the VM team to implement and maintain VM Guidelines
  • Supervision and development of Seed Heritage staff, including guidance and training in rostering, shrinkage, and budgets
  • HR management, recruitment, staff performance, and wage control
  • Managing stock across all stores to maximize sales opportunities
  • Communicating and implementing business initiatives from Head Office across all stores
  • Following up on administration from Head Office and in-store

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL HAVE :

  • Minimum 5 years' multi-site management experience with a fashion apparel retailer; understanding of concession business highly regarded
  • Proven sales success and ability to measure and drive KPIs
  • Exceptional focus on delivering excellent customer service within your state
  • Experience in stock control and management
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and manage teams effectively
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Results-driven leadership with strong reporting skills
