The role involves working with a team of experienced developers to design and implement custom Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining software applications, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and quality assurance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work with the team to translate user journeys into deliverable Salesforce solutions
  • Develop and maintain software as part of a self-organising, multi-disciplined scrum team
  • Perform unit testing and create automated tests
  • Document functionality and technical solutions
  • Proactively identify ways to improve code and increase quality

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years of experience in Salesforce platform development with understanding of Salesforce best practices, security measures, and governor limits
  • Proficiency with Process Builder, Flow, Workflows, Approvals, Visualforce Pages, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, Lightning Component Framework, and Lightning Web Components
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps pipeline management
  • In-depth knowledge of implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java (optional)
  • Strong general web development experience including HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • The ability to gather technical requirements, analyse business needs, and present solutions to key stakeholders effectively
  • Salesforce Developer I Certification (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in product-focused teams
