We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our chapter and drive digital transformation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the capability of individuals and contributing to the uplift of the chapter's maturity.

About the Role:

  • Lead and develop the capability of individuals across the chapter
  • Contribute to the uplift of the chapter's maturity through SME knowledge and by driving and fostering collaboration across the chapter
  • Formulate hypotheses to validate customer problems and define clear learning objectives that will inform product roadmap and prioritisation decisions
  • Apply expertise to support prioritisation, balance trade-offs, and explore strategies to successfully achieve business outcomes
  • Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations and act as the voice of the business and translate this for the team

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong people leadership skills to lead, develop, motivate team and help them grow providing direction and guidance as required
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Are analytical thinkers, problem solvers and are able to deliver outcomes manoeuvring through inter-dependencies that are both internal and external
  • Have good experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Desktop (ideally be certified), Powershell, .Net and Azure
  • Experience designing mature automation solutions using CICD pipelines for deployment and exposure to automated testing patterns
