About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Whyalla Hospital clinic as a Medical Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in upholding our brand promise and delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience.

Your Role
  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assist with patient billing and other in-clinic duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Schedule medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency, minimizing wait times and maximizing patient satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and multitasking, with the ability to adapt to new technology and processes.
  • Initiative, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards challenges, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
