We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Helping Hand, a leading provider of aged care services in South Australia. As a leader at our Whyalla Residential Care Home, you'll deliver high-quality care to our residents while supporting our Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure assigned resident care is performed in line with care standards and Helping Hand policies and procedures.
- Conduct assessments, reviews, and coordinate care plans, as well as medical and clinical interventions.
- Liaise with family members, doctors, care workers, and allied health professionals to support the wellbeing of our residents.
- A Bachelor of Nursing qualification and current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience, with experience in aged care highly regarded.
- The ability to operate smartphones and apps, such as Microsoft Outlook.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.
