Senior Product Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive growth through optimised sign-up, activation and data migration experiences.

About the Role
  • Own and optimise the complete sign-up and product trial flow to increase user adoption and retention.
  • Design and implement user onboarding journeys that guide first-time users to meaningful success milestones and provide a seamless experience.
  • Build and enhance self-service data migration tools that enable users to seamlessly import data from external sources, streamlining the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse user behaviour patterns to identify friction points and opportunities for activation improvements, ensuring the product meets user needs.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to validate onboarding hypotheses and measure impact on user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop metrics frameworks to measure onboarding and activation success and revenue impact, providing data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Implement product-led growth tactics that convert free users to paid plans and drive expansion revenue, enhancing the business's bottom line.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of improving user activation metrics and driving product-led growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis of user behaviour, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Understanding of user onboarding best practices and growth optimisation techniques, applying expertise to improve user experiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data migration tools and API integrations, streamlining the onboarding process.
  • Background in B2B SaaS products with freemium or product-led growth models, leveraging industry expertise.
  • Knowledge of modern product analytics tools (Mixpanel etc.), utilising data to drive business outcomes.
