About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a highly regarded non-profit organisation with an inspiring mission. The organisation is committed to transforming lives every day and is looking for a skilled payroll professional to process fortnightly payroll for dedicated staff and process timesheets for contractors.

  • Responsibilities include processing pay and administering benefits accurately and on time, maintaining correct payroll information, and utilising Chris21 and Kronos for all payroll processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong team-oriented approach, a positive and proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills to respond to a range of payroll enquiries and requests.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of complex payroll processes and a working knowledge of Chris21.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills to respond to a range of payroll enquiries and requests.
