Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Reference Data Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and validating information from third-party sources to enhance the accuracy and completeness of IQVIA reference data.

You will work closely with internal teams to identify business needs and proactively contribute to the development of product attributes. Your duties will include producing files and outputs for production and quality control processes, responding to internal and external queries, and providing support to the Client Service team.

As a subject matter expert, you will advise on the scheduling of day-to-day activities to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet requirements. You will also serve as an escalation point for resolving exceptions and complex queries.

In addition, you will support the business in developing and implementing new systems and offerings, and perform ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing processes to drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Research and validate information from third-party sources to enhance the accuracy and completeness of IQVIA reference data
- Liaise with internal teams to identify business needs and contribute to product attribute development
- Produce files and outputs for production and quality control processes
- Respond to internal and external queries and provide support to the Client Service team
- Advise on scheduling day-to-day activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Escalate exceptions and complex queries
- Support business development and implementation of new systems and offerings
- Analyze and evaluate existing processes to drive continuous improvements

Requirements:

">

- Two years of industry experience in market research or a related field
- Strong PC literacy skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to conduct moderate analysis and gather information to resolve non-routine problems
- General knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry
- Understanding of legislation and commercialization of medicines in Australia
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain and distribution channels in Australia
- Direct exposure to pharmaceutical products, preferably through work as a Pharmacist, Nurse, or in community pharmacy
