Our Graduate certificate in Nursing, Master of Nursing programs are designed to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector with a focus on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to join our team as a lecturer. As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality lectures and tutorials for our School of Nursing programs
  • Preparing and delivering lectures, assessments, and course resources
  • Facilitating clinical skills training and laboratory sessions in line with industry standards
  • Assessing and evaluating student progress through assignments, exams, and practical assessments

You will also provide academic guidance and mentorship to support student learning and success. Your role will involve implementing strategies to enhance student progression and reduce attrition, ensuring a positive student experience throughout their academic journey.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree or Ph.D. in nursing (highly regarded)
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in nursing practice; previous teaching experience in a tertiary education setting is highly desirable
