At the heart of our Microsoft Program, we are seeking a skilled SharePoint Engineer to design, build and maintain a secure and scalable SharePoint Online environment.

About the Role

This role is central to delivering a modern Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) that supports compliance, automation and seamless collaboration. As a SharePoint Engineer, you will lead the technical implementation of site collections, metadata frameworks, automated workflows and tenancy-level governance.

You will also be responsible for configuring Microsoft Purview policies, supporting data migration and ensuring alignment with Victorian Government recordkeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, metadata structures and governance frameworks.
  • Implement retention and disposition policies, ensuring accuracy and alignment with compliance requirements.
  • Lead data migration projects using tools like Sharegate or Migration Manager.
Requirements
  • Deep technical expertise in SharePoint & Microsoft 365.
  • Automation and workflow design skills using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Compliance-focused mindset and migration experience.
