About Us

As a support professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of people with disabilities. Our team provides high-quality 24/7 care in supported independent living accommodations (SIL/Group Homes). You will assist customers with their domestic and personal needs and help them connect with their local communities.

We operate across various regions, employing over 1300 staff members in VIC, NSW, and TAS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to customers with varying needs, including domestic and personal care, and facilitate access to community connections.
  • Support our SIL/Group Homes operations on a 24/7 basis, including shift work, sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
About You
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including regular night shifts, sleepovers, and public holidays.
  • Strong communication skills for building positive relationships.
  • Ability to learn new software and programs using computers.
  • Australian Driver's Licence.
