Disability Support Service Professional

This role entails providing personalized assistance to individuals with disabilities in diverse settings, including group homes and independent living arrangements.
Main Responsibilities:- Support clients with daily living and personal care needs.
- Facilitate clients' access to and integration within their community.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Ability to work varied schedules and participate in overnight stays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and capacity to build positive relationships.
- Capacity to obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement.
- Fundamental computer skills and ability to learn software applications.
