We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labourer/Slater to join our team. As a Slate Roofing Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality roofing services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in slate roofing, with experience working on domestic re-roofs and commercial properties across Sydney. Key skills required include proficiency in slate roofing, tiled roofing, lead work, metal roofing, guttering, shingles and full driving licence.

Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role, as is the ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team. Sponsorship opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in roofing, with a strong focus on safety and quality. The role involves working Monday to Friday, with Saturday work available if requested. An 8-hour shift schedule applies, with bonus, overtime pay and performance bonus options available.
