Roofing Labourer Position

Seeking a reliable and skilled labourer to join our team. As a roofing labourer, you will be working on domestic re-roofs and commercial properties across Sydney.

You will be responsible for assisting experienced roofers with slate roofing, tiled roofing, lead work, metal roofing, guttering, shingles, and other related tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs
  • Working safely at heights and in confined spaces
  • Operating machinery and equipment as required
  • Participating in regular site meetings and providing input on work progress

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30-$70 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include sponsorship opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in roofing or a related field
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A full driving license and own tools (an advantage)
