Job Title

As a senior member of our management team, you will oversee the client management function to ensure high-quality service delivery.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a high-performing team, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experiences, improve processes, and retain key trading accounts.
  • Lead training sessions on trade disputes and client complaints, fostering a culture of excellence and best practices.
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve desired outcomes, driving business growth through employee empowerment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient results, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, monitoring trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Engage clients in meaningful dialogue, identifying unstated needs or financial goals, and providing comprehensive support to resolve incoming enquiries.
  • Build strong relationships with social media partners, maintaining company reputation and adhering to brand standards.
