The successful candidate will have:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a relevant professional body - No restrictions
  • Experience in a senior management role within the healthcare sector with a proven track record of success
  • Above-average knowledge and understanding of the healthcare sector with the ability to identify changing trends and best practice

You will be responsible for ensuring that clinical and any specialised nursing care needs of residents are being met and documented in an individual resident care plan by clinical staff. You will also maintain regular communication with residents and their loved ones, overseeing the implementation of scheduled mandatory and voluntary reappraisals as required.
