Job Opportunity Overview

You will play a key role in selling one of the broadest mortgage product suites available in today's market.

Work alongside our National Business Development Managers to maintain existing clients and establish new relationships through accredited national aggregator groups and mortgage brokers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience in Residential and Commercial Mortgages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Maintain and grow an already successful third-party mortgage broker network for residential and mortgages.
  • Manage a portfolio of brokers and aggregator groups to achieve set targets, enhance existing relationships, and further build portfolio.
  • Communicate the benefits and advantages of La Trobe Financial's product range.
  • Promote La Trobe Financial in a professional manner and demonstrate corporate values at all times.

A 'Can do' attitude and the ability to create opportunity are essential for success in this role.
