About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Leadership Professional to support and advise our Solicitor-In-Charge in operational matters, ensuring the effective delivery of client services in a complex legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the administration team in a large, highly complex regional office, ensuring client service activities are resourced and achieved.
  • Support and advise the Solicitor-In-Charge on operational matters to ensure the effective delivery of client services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the administration team to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience working in a busy and demanding environment, meeting tight deadlines, working collaboratively and managing conflicting priorities effectively.

You will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills, supporting the Solicitor-In-Charge to ensure the requirements of the role are met.

Ideally, you will be someone who considers themselves to be highly organized and systematic in their approach to work, proactive and enthusiastic about taking on varied tasks, and reliable and transparent in all aspects of your work.

Essential Requirements

  • Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or a valid visa to work in Australia.
