Job Overview

We're building a universal business growth decision engine that empowers marketing, media, agency, analytics, and finance teams to organise, analyse, and action data at scale.

This role combines software engineering excellence with machine learning engineering expertise to deliver automated, reliable, and observable ML pipelines that serve customers globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, build, and evolve internal tools and platforms that automate and scale data and modelling pipelines.
  • Design and implement LLM-powered automation for ML pipeline optimisation, including intelligent parameter tuning, automated model selection, and agentic workflows.
  • Build comprehensive machine learning training and validation frameworks that ensure model reliability, interpretability, and compliance.
  • Implement robust, automated frameworks for data quality assurance, error handling, and end-to-end observability across the data platform.
  • Proactively identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across the platform, from data ingestion and transformation to large-scale modelling pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A software engineer with experience building production-grade systems and taking POCs to production.
  • Experience designing, building, and scaling complex, data-intensive systems in the cloud.
  • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with modern machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, pandas, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • A pragmatic craftsman who sees software engineering as a craft and is passionate about building high-quality, reliable, and well-tested software.
  • Someone with curiosity and a willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and expand technical expertise and impact.
  • A product mindset that understands the importance of aligning technical solutions with business goals and user needs.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on preventing future issues rather than just fixing bugs.
