Clinical Nurse Leadership Role

As a dedicated clinical leader, you will have the opportunity to drive exceptional care outcomes and support the well-being of older adults.

  • This position requires a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to lead the team in providing high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team towards achieving outstanding results.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled clinician who is able to develop and implement effective care plans, leveraging their knowledge and experience to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, as per our organization's policies.
  • The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance within six months of commencement.
  • An NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks.
  • Knowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Willingness to attend a paid induction at our training institute.
