Component Application Specialist
Job Description:You have a unique opportunity to shape the world by developing and executing specialized initiatives that drive profitable parts and service revenue growth.
As an expert in a specific parts and service marketing field, you will work across various functional business units to achieve objectives and collaborate with global partners, districts, dealers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Document and disseminate aftermarket critical customer requirements throughout the Undercarriage Component lifecycle.
- Collect and prioritize unmet customer needs, focusing on areas where we lose and why.
- Define optimal aftermarket solutions for each machine or product, considering total cost of ownership (TCO) requirements.
- Work with Machine and Component Product Groups to ensure aftermarket parts and service NPI deliverables are met.
- Develop customer messaging, key attributes, and value proposition with Service Marketing.
- Develop Dealer Aftermarket Parts and Services Sales Training content and delivery methods.
You will need excellent human relations skills to develop a collaborative, cooperative work relationship with others. Extensive travel is required to understand regional or worldwide business conditions.
