With a focus on neurodivergent needs, you will be responsible for ensuring that every student receives a personalized and inclusive learning experience that prepares them for success.

This is a Permanent Full-Time (38 hours per week) opportunity based within our MacKillop Education program. The position reports to the Deputy Executive Principal.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a wellbeing, learning, and teaching framework that supports every student on campus;
  • Working closely with the Deputy Executive Principal and the Leadership Team to create an inclusive and personalized learning environment;
  • Ensuring that every student receives a high-quality education that prepares them for success;
  • Leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to promote the vision and values of the MacKillop and Sanctuary Model Commitments.
