Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager who can turn big ideas into successful outcomes. In this role, you'll work across global teams, connecting engineers, researchers, executives, and sponsors to deliver ambitious initiatives. You'll combine project management discipline with people skills to inspire trust and action.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Opportunity Capture & Proposal Development – Coordinate competitive responses to funding opportunities, including task assignments, documentation, partner engagement, and submission.
  2. Drive Project Execution – Oversee milestones, deliverables, and reporting for both internally driven and externally funded initiatives.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management – Build strong working relationships with teams worldwide, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  4. Financial Planning & Tracking – Partner with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate budgets, forecasts, and expenditure reporting.
  5. Risk & Issue Management – Apply PMO best practices to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

We're looking for a skilled project manager with:

  • A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in engineering, research, or technology environments.
  • Experience managing projects in hardware R&D environments.
  • A strong background in responding to grants, proposals, tenders, or other external funding opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.
