Job Title: Technology Domain Owner - Process Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Domain Owner - Process Transformation to join our team at Westpac Institutional Banking. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading the technology domain for process transformation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technology domain for process transformation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Corporate Institutional Banking and Group Tech to drive and implement the Technology strategy.
  • Ensure that architectural principles and roadmap for Corporate Institutional Banking, Process Transformation are maintained through all planning and change activities.
  • Actively manage the technology risk profile, ensuring the activities of the village remain within risk appetite and driving resolution of existing issues, risk and incidents.
  • Partner with the Service Management team and Suppliers to ensure systems stability, pro-active lifecycle management and transparent reporting.
  • Structure, plan and execute major project activities, ensuring efficient and quality execution, on-budget/schedule delivery and full realisation of expected benefits.
Requirements:
  • Must have an extensive technology (process automation) and stakeholder management experience.
  • Superior communication skills (strong negotiation and influencing skills).
  • Strong technical background in process automation – Artificial intelligence and Robotics.
  • Strong understanding of corporate institutional banking (lending, funds management, trading etc).
  • Stakeholder engagement & relationship building skills.
  • Must have a industry background in financial services.
  • Proactive, organised and outcomes focused.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes in priorities and demands.
  • Ability to achieve objectives in a changing environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Supplier relationship management.
  • Exude passion and energy to foster enthusiasm and bring the vision to life.
  • A servant leader by seeking to understand by listening, and focusing on the growth of people.
  • Proven strategic and tactical problem- solving ability.
