Job Description

As a Pastoral Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in providing meaningful pastoral care services to individuals across the South Coast of NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Pastoral care team
  • Develop and maintain effective relationship management
  • Maintain professional, personal, and spiritual development
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate documentation and reporting

Essential Criteria:

  • One or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent
  • Relevant pastoral or theological study

You should also have experience working in complex teams, understanding pastoral and spiritual needs, and demonstrating empathy and affinity with vulnerable people.

Additional desirable criteria include:

  • Graduate qualification in a relevant discipline
