Automotive Sales Director

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for optimizing the sales process, driving performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to pre-delivery
* Drive financing, extended warranty, and other value-added after-market sales
* Motivate and lead the sales teams, both over the phones and on the ground
* Provide feedback to support teams and ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience
Key Objectives and Key Results (OKRs):
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Optimize the conversion ratio of leads into successful sales
* Increase the adoption of value-added services, such as financing and extended warranty
* Optimize the cost of sales to achieve greater profitability
* Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
