Commercial Property Manager

Drive Success in a Fast-Paced Environment

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the financial performance of a mixed industrial and commercial office portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all facets of property management service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assets to optimize financial performance and provide recommendations to clients
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants and clients
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings
  • Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiate new leasing deals
  • Ensure lease compliance by all tenants and landlords

Requirements:

  • Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Commercial Property Industry and ideally in Property Management/Centre Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Property related degree (preferred but not essential)
