Job Title: Senior Asset Manager

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for advancing strategic asset management goals and delivering a cohesive system for managing assets, data, and practices.

The Role Responsibilities
  • You will lead the coordination of complex activities across multiple teams to ensure alignment with the long-term financial plan and annual budgets.
  • Your work will involve analysing and redesigning existing workflows to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to achieve the Town's goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve asset performance and extend the life of assets.
  • Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and oversee the integration of advanced asset management systems.
Requirements and Benefits
  • Degree qualifications in Asset Management, such as GIS, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
  • National Police Clearance.
