Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Site Support Worker to join our Operations team in Melbourne.

About the Role:

This role requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient depot environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across various business areas to achieve shared goals
  • Promote and uphold rigorous workplace safety standards
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH MANAGERS AND STAFF MEMBERS
  • Ensure timely preparation and management of bins to meet customer delivery schedules
  • Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels for bins and sticker supplies

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Current Forklift License (essential)
  • Valid Driver's License (required)
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical examination
  • Must successfully complete police background check and Medical assessment
