Paraplanner Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to support our Banking and Financial Services team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality advice documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and compliant advice documents tailored to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine recommendations and ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Review advice submissions, maintain detailed records, and provide coaching on documentation standards.
  • Manage workload to meet service level agreements and escalate any compliance or process inefficiencies as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in financial planning software such as XPLAN.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to draft accurate advice documents and perform precise financial calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and articulate advice recommendations clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance.
