Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee our workshop and administration functions, driving operational efficiency and service excellence.

The Role
  • To manage daily workflow across the workshop and admin teams, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace environment, promoting productivity and employee well-being.
  • Lead reporting on productivity, job completion, and service delivery, providing actionable insights for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, address issues promptly, and maintain schedules.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of professionalism, pride, and respect within the team, setting clear expectations and providing on-the-job support.
  • Client & Supplier Relationships: Handle client inquiries, updates, and service issues with clarity and care, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Systems, Safety & Reporting: Lead safety and compliance efforts, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide consistent operational reporting.
