Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. This is a part-time position available in our Hospital's Administration team.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare rebate
- Maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with Doctors and staff from different departments
- Patient admission and discharges
- Manage a busy reception desk
- Coordinate with staff from other departments
- Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
Requirements
- Authority to Work in Australia
- Medical administration or medical reception experience desirable
- Experience with Medical Software i.e. WebPAS.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
