**Position Summary**:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of aging individuals and their families? BodeWell is seeking a Sales Consultant who possesses a deep understanding of the sales process and excels in relationship-building. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in attracting clients, guiding them through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism, and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization. If you have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with aging clients and their families, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Field and respond to marketing campaign inquiries, actively listening to clients' inquiries and providing helpful responses.
- Guide clients through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism, resulting in increased client confidence and satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared objectives and contribute to the strategic growth of the program.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing self-development through participation in professional education and training programs.

**Qualifications**:
Essential:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in healthcare or home care industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to relate to clients with empathy and compassion.
- Strong negotiation skills.

Desirable:

- Additional certifications related to sales or home care services.
- Knowledge of home care services and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
