Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

As an Early Childhood Educator at our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and activities that support the growth and development of children. You will work closely with your peers to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs, ensuring they meet the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for children, families, and staff.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and partnerships.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay current with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
