Job Role: Salesforce Cloud Architect

Delineate technical specifications, design and review solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Ensure development adheres to Salesforce CRM architecture, product roadmap and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and refine the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Approve configuration and coded items for deployment.
  • Provide guidance and support to development and testing teams.
  • Guide user stories for Functional Consultants and development teams.

Requirements:
3-5 years' experience leading Salesforce projects. Wide architectural knowledge across Salesforce clouds and industry solutions. Practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce and Vlocity configurations. Ability to perform hands-on prototyping and proof of concepts.

Essential Skills and Expertise:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service, Commerce, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
  • Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Jitterbit)
